Nutrition support for sustainable weight loss + blood sugar balance.
Whether you're on GLP-1 medications or not, we help you understand what''s really going on with your weight or blood sugar — and support you in healing your relationship with food, not just chasing the number on the scale.
Hi, I'm Nicole—a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist. I work with people who feel stuck when it comes to managing their weight or blood sugar or both, whether they're on GLP-1 medications or trying to figure it out without them.
My approach is all about meeting you where you are. No judgment. No rigid rules. Just real talk, evidence-based guidance, and support that actually fits your life. I've led support groups, consulted on the latest nutrition trends, and helped countless clients cut through the noise to focus on what really works—for them.
I'm here to help you understand your body, your habits, and your health in a way that finally makes sense—so you can feel good in your skin and confident in your choices. My goal? To empower you to feel confident in your food choices and your body—on and off the scale.
Unlike a nutritionist, a dietitian must complete accredited education, pass a national exam, maintain a license, and meet ongoing education requirements. Their services are regulated and often covered by insurance, reflecting their higher level of training and professional standards.
Do you take insurance? Which are you in network with?
We take insurance! We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, and EmblemHealth. If you'd like to work with us and do not see your insurance listed, please reach out as we offer cash pay options.
Can I use my Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) for payment?
Yes! Clients can typically pay for our services with flex spending (FSA) cards or with Health Savings Account (HAS) cards!
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Your appointment is reserved for you. A credit card on file is required to secure it. Please notify us by phone or email if you need to cancel or reschedule—advance notice allows us to offer the time to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will result in a $100 fee for initial assessments or the full fee for follow-ups.
