How we collect, use, and share information from visitors to this website.
This Privacy Policy explains how Bettr Full, LLC (“Bettr Full,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit bettrfull.com (the “Website”) or contact us through it. It is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions and replaces the privacy terms previously published inside that document.
It applies to this Website only. It does not govern third-party platforms we link to, which have their own privacy practices, nor information you provide to Nicole Randazzo RDN, CDCES in the course of clinical nutrition care. By using the Website, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect the information you choose to submit through the inquiry form on our Contact page: your name, email address, the topic of your inquiry, and any message you write. You decide what to include.
Please do not submit health information, diagnoses, test results, or other clinical details through the Website inquiry form. It is not a secure clinical channel. Clinical information should be shared only through the scheduling and client portal described below.
If you email us directly at Info@bettrfull.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Our Website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. As with most web hosts, Netlify automatically records standard technical information when a page is requested, which may include your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Website.
The Website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, your IP address is disclosed to Google as a necessary part of delivering them.
This Website does not set advertising cookies, and it does not currently run analytics software, advertising pixels, ad networks, or third-party tracking scripts. If we add analytics or similar technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy before or at the time we do so.
Third-party platforms you reach by clicking a link from this Website — including our scheduling platform, supplement dispensary, newsletter, and social media profiles — may set their own cookies and use their own tracking technologies once you arrive. Those practices are governed by their policies, not this one.
We use the following third-party services. When you click through, you leave this Website and any information you provide is collected by that provider under its own privacy policy:
Healthie — scheduling and client communications. Information entered into the scheduling or client portal is collected by Healthie and handled under its practices and our agreements with it, not through this Website.
Fullscript — our supplement dispensary. Orders and account information are handled by Fullscript.
Substack — The Bettr Full Letter newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address is collected and stored by Substack. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest — social media profiles we link to.
We use the information described above to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and provide services you request, to send communications you have asked to receive, to operate and secure the Website, to comply with legal obligations, and to enforce our Terms & Conditions.
We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties, and will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as allowed in the section titled Disclosure of Your Information. We will maintain the information you send via e-mail in accordance with applicable federal law. In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all e-mails sent from our organization will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all e-mail messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further e-mail communication from us. Our emails provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners by reading the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any e-mail they receive from us at any time. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mail.

We may disclose your personal information to our subsidiaries, affiliates, and service providers for the purpose of providing our services to you. We may disclose your personal information to a third party, including a lawyer or collection agency, when necessary to enforce our terms of service or any other agreement between you and the Company.
We may provide your information to any successor in interest in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s asserts and/or business. We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights or when compelled by a court or other governmental entity to do so.
